Based in the East Midlands and focusing in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, we manage properties across the UK. Our landlords range from the single property pension investor to professional portfolio landlords and the properties include city studios, detached houses in the suburbs, period properties in the countryside and everything in between.

Spruce Tree Lettings was formed in 2009 by Jeremy Bullock – himself a landlord of more than 30 properties – after experiencing the highs and lows of having his properties managed by other agents. Work-wise, his ten years in the residential property sector has led him to set up the company with the aim of making lettings easier for landlords and tenants.

We're confident that we can deliver the best property management service through our wealth of experience, robust processes and our flexible approach. Our aim is to match the right tenants in their ideal home to maximise long-term cash flow for each property and protect the investment of the landlord.
